The Iolani School Math Team Headquarters is located in room I-210 on the campus of Iolani School in Honolulu, Hawaii. The Iolani Math Team competes in various competitions during the year, including the Oahu Mathematics League, the NYCIML, and the Math League Press. Math team members also compete individually in the AMCcontests. This year's team includes 3 qualifiers from the 2001 USAMO.

Oahu Mathematics League
The Iolani Math Team competes yearly in the Oahu Mathematics League. The OML is a competition which consists of 7 meets each year, in which over 30 schools from the island of Oahu compete. 10 people are selected for the varsity division and 4 are selected for the junior varsity division. As of the sixth meet in the 2001-2002 school year, the Iolani Math Team has won 36 consecutive varsity meets, dating back to 1996. Iolani has also won the past 9 varsity year titles. The Iolani Math Team has also won every meet in the junior varsity division, since its inception in the 2000-2001 school year.

Meet 6 (03.09.02) - Iolani varsity wins its 36th consecutive meet, by scoring 271 points. The varsity was led by perfect scorers Ravi Patel, Anne Yeung, Eric Yim, and Ryan Lau. Other varsity members were Yoshio Goto, Ricky Nguyen, Blake Kawamoto, Jonathan Hino, Matthew Ardo, and Kelly Nakamura. The JV also won its 12th consecutive meet. JV was led by perfect scorer Ina Tang. Other JV team members were Jared Bulosan, Carol Pham, and Melanie Bomke.
Meet 5 (02.16.02) - Iolani varsity wins its 35th consecutive meet, by scoring 266 points. The varsity was led by perfect scorers Ricky Nguyen, Blake Kawamoto, Ravi Patel, Anne Yeung, and Kelly Nakamura. Other varsity members were Yoshio Goto, Even Wang, Elizabeth Au, Matthew Ardo, and Ryan Lau. The JV also won its 11th consecutive meet. JV team members were Jared Bulosan, Carol Pham, Ina Tang, and Melanie Bomke.
Meet 4 (01.19.02) - The Iolani varsity math team wins its 34th consecutive meet, by scoring 277 points. The varsity was led by perfect scorers Blake Kawamoto, Even Wang, Ravi Patel, Matthew Ardo, and Carol Pham. Other varsity team members were Elizabeth Au, Anne Yeung, Ryan Lau, Kelly Nakamura, and Ina Tang. The JV also won its 10th consecutive meet. JV team members were Jared Bulosan, Jeffrey Lawi, Melanie Bomke, and Ryan Tsukamoto.
Meet 3 (12.08.01) - Iolani varsity wins its 33rd consecutive meet, by scoring 290 points out of 310, and having 7 perfect scorers. Perfect scorers were Yoshio Goto, Ricky Nguyen, Blake Kawamoto, Elizabeth Au, Ravi Patel, Ryan Lau, and Kelly Nakamura. Other varsity members were Even Wang, Anne Yeung, and Matthew Ardo. The JV also won its 9th consecutive meet. The JV was led by perfect scorer Ina Tang. Other JV members were Jared Bulosan, Carol Pham, and Melanie Bomke.
Meet 2 (11.10.01) - Iolani varsity wins its 32nd consecutive meet, and breaks two OML records in the process, despite the absence of one captain and a valuable senior, by scoring 298 out of 310 points, and with 8 perfect scorers out of 10. Perfect scorers were Ricky Nguyen, Elizabeth Au, Anne Yeung, Matthew Ardo, Jared Bulosan, Ryan Lau, Kelly Nakamura, Carol Pham. Other varsity members were Even Wang and Ina Tang. The JV team also won its 8th consecutive meet. JV was led by perfect scorer Soo-Yun Park. Other JV members were Brad Kamitaki, Jeffrey Lawi, and Melanie Bomke.
Meet 1 (09.29.01) - The Iolani Math Team begins the year by winning its 31st consecutive varsity division meet. Perfect scorers were Matthew Ardo, Kelly Nakamura, and Ina Tang. Other varsity members were Yoshio Goto, Ricky Nguyen, Blake Kawamoto, Elizabeth Au, Ravi Patel, Anne Yeung, and Ryan Lau. The JV also won its 7th consecutive meet. JV members were Jared Bulosan, Carol Pham, Melanie Bomke, and Ryan Tsukamoto.
NYCIML and Math League Press
This is the Iolani Math Team's first year in the NYCIML out of state division, in which it competes with top math teams around the nation. The Iolani Math Team is entered in both the Senior and Junior division. This is also the first year that the Iolani Math Team is entered in the Math League Press.
